Do you think you provide a service to your customers or do you just sell?

As far as I am concerned service only ever begins AFTER a sale. Anyone can sell anyone a product or book etc but that’s not service. Learn how to service your customers needs and you will have customers for life and not just one off sales.

How can you achieve this end? Well how about answering all emails promptly. Answering questions in a helpfull manner. Customers are much more likley to build a long term relationship with you if you are helpful and prompt.

lets face it without customers who BUY from you what are you? What is your business? A hobby?!
