Internet Marketing: Are you prompt?
Do you know it amazes me the amount of businesses that we attempt to deal with who dont bother to reply to our emails!
I dont know about you but if I dont get a reply after
A: 24 hours im wondering if they got the email
B: 48 im starting to think about other sources
C: 72 hours im looking for someone else to do business with!
Yep about 3 days! It could be that they didnt get my email because of aggressive spam filters (one reason I dont use them)! I guess we are just much more impatient with internet business in general. It must be the surf,find,buy,get mentality.
We reply to ALL emails within 24 hours, even if it's just a "Yep got your enquiry and will be in touch later this week email"
Time and Tide waits for no man and nor do potential customers either!
