Armchair Roboteers!

So its late 1999 and I am round my friends house after having been to the pub for the evening. At the time I was VERY into racing model powerboats, and the pub on a friday evening was our club meeting. Well that was our excuse anyway!

So there we sit watching UK Robot Wars whilst eating our chinese :)

"We could do that" I said :) "Do you think so" Ian says? "Oh yes" I say "we can build a robot that really kicks arse! It easy" (famous last words) At the time we were armchair roboteers :) and did not have the first clue of all the skills needed to actually achieve that end!

This was the birth of team NO Mercy and The-Executioner version 1 was born that night.
